Super Enamelled: Copper Winding Wires

Description:
The round conductor is completely and uniformly covered with a durable, flexible, and synthetic enamel based on modified polyester resin of polyester-imide. The enamel has a smooth surface free from embededed particles of dust and other detererious material. The product is compliant to the temperature index 180 decrees Celcious and Class H.

Standard:
The product conductors covered under this catalogue are manufactured as per TZS 299 (Part l) 1985 and BS 4665 (Part l) specifications. MASTER CABLE can also manufacture to other international standards and to specific customer requirement.

Application:
Enamelled wires are widely used for coils in electric motors and appliances. The mechanical, elecrical and chemical properties vary according to the type of enamel used.
